Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth through the acquisition and retention of business clients. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies in collaboration with the product development team, building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the market dynamics and a passion for the crypto industry.

Location: must be based in the Switzerland with willingness to go on business trips from time to time


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development and customer support departments, to ensure alignment and support for sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our B2B client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends in the relevant field.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with B2B partners, supporting business development activities.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for B2B accounts.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company and generate leads.


The ideal candidate for this position needs:
  • Strong background in Sales Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in B2B sales management, preferably in Web3 technology or FinTech industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer success tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and German; other language skills would be an advantage.
